1. Statement of Copyright Compliance
Pikashow.buzz respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, software developers, and media rights holders. It is our strict policy to respond expeditiously to clear, formal notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA") and international copyright treaties.
2. Formal DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent operating on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that any text content, image, or link published on Pikashow.buzz infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notification. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notification must include the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., registration title, registration number, or official URL).
- Identification of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material or link claimed to be infringing on Pikashow.buzz, including the exact full URL(s) where the material is located.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit our legal department to contact you, including your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and direct email address.
- Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If content you authored or published on Pikashow.buzz was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe such removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Pikashow.buzz maintains a strict policy of terminating access privileges or blocking user submissions from individuals who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
